eg bakes currently operates out of a tiny bakery–a shed turned commercial kitchen–in salisbury, north carolina.
every second saturday, we host a grab-and-go coffee shop + bakery popup at our tiny bakery, where you can pick up freshly baked pastries and delicious lattes made with locally roasted coffee.
we also bake pastries to order, for pickup at the bakery, once or twice a month. you can order pastries and sign up for text notifications about pickups at our hotplate site here.
